It’s not every day that you are offered the opportunity to get seat time on a pre-production sled. So when Mountain Sledder had the chance to ride the 2018 Ski-Doo Summit 165″ and 175″ sleds (of which there are only a handful in existence), naturally we jumped at the opportunity.
Here’s our take on the new 175″ and 165″ Ski-Doo Summit X Gen4 Rev 850 sleds.

Do you have what it takes to answer the call? THE CALLING 2017 is offering big cash and other prizes for the top three submissions in video and photo categories. Winners will be announced at the Edmonton Snow Show in October 2017. Alright, so there were plenty of new products to see at the 2018 Polaris Showroom Event. For 2018, Polaris put a lot of effort into the brands under its ownership, and there were a couple of new snowmobile models to boot
So with minimal hype, and minimal clamouring for new product, it stands to reason that in 2018 Polaris would stick to the script. It’s good for the company to make back some of the massive costs of developing the platform while continuing to pump out a high-quality product that it’s loyal customers continue to rave about.
