Arctic Cat Catalyst M600 Ride Impression + Walkaround Video
In our latest video, Mountain Sledder test dummies Pat and Sean ride a couple of model year 2024 Arctic Cat M600 snowmobiles and share their first impressions on snow of the new platform from Arctic Cat.
Also featured, Arctic Cat Mountain Product Team Manager, Andy Beavis, pulls off the body panels for a look inside as he talks the viewer through the tip-to-tail details of the new design, including insider engineering details, straight from the source.
The 2024 M600 is the first mountain sled build built on Arctic Cat’s new Catalyst platform, which Arctic Cat says has been designed from the ground up to be lightweight and mass centralized for optimized performance.
What does that mean though from the perspective of a rider though? Well, the MS fellas spend all day figuring that out, and share their thoughts on the new platform in the video.

Thanks to Andy and the Arctic Cat development team for showing us around their stomping grounds, and providing detailed insight on the new platform.
For the Mountain Sledder riders, it was super fun to ride the terrain where Arctic Cat mountain sleds are tested with the team responsible for the development of the sleds.
Trust us when we say that these guys don’t hold anything back when it comes to testing out the durability and performance of their products!
Arctic Cat is teasing big news to be released at the Arctic Cat booth on Saturday, September 9 at 1 p.m. CST at the Hay Days event. Visit ArcticCat.com/HayDays for the details about the reveal, and check out their channels to be amongst the first to learn what’s to come for the new platform including, fingers crossed, the announcement of a bigger displacement engine for model year 2025.
