Big Dawg Shoot Out

If you haven’t heard of the Big Dawg Shoot Out, then you’ve been living in a cave.

The BDSO came about from a couple of guys, Paul Gibbs and Shawn
Hamilton, wanting to have a Big Iron Shoot out, the original and now
defunct BIS had an unbelievable cult following and now that enthusiasm
has migrated down to Pemberton BC.

The Big Dawg Shoot Out first started in 2005 in the Callaghan
Valley, on the Roller Coaster. In 2006 I joined the team and got the town
of Pemberton to endorse it and was moved to the Rutherford Ice field
for the more serious climbs and terrain. Since then it exploded into a
frenzy of turbo freaks and and big ball dudes that must have a tough
time putting their pants on.

This year will be the first year we will have All four
manufacturers showing off their next years product line,as well as
other vendors to show off their goodies.

Each year we will try and make it a bit better and we try to hold
it a little earlier to take advantage of the better snow conditions.

So if you want to see who’s the craziest or just how gravity is
defied, then come on down.We will look forward to seeing you there on
April 19th.
