Want some free schwag?  Winter’s HERE and sledshot.com wants to hear from you if you think you have what it takes!  We want to see your best mountain sledding action shot, whether it’s a hillclimb image, boondockin’, air shot, whatever you want as long as it’s a sledshot!

We’re offering a sweet prize pack for our winner: a movie collection including this season’s must have DVD’s: Sledheads SH4 and Boondockers aliVe, an HMK Splatter Cap, and sledshot.com schwag bag including a t-shirt, decals etc

Our judges panel includes Rob Alford – (yamaha, forty1thirty and sledshot.com pro reporter) who is also being widely recognized for his stunning photography, Adrian Marcoux from Full Circle Photography (check out his site for some mind blowing black and white sledding, skiing and mountain biking photography), and sledshot.com photographer Dave Best (Best Impressions Photography).

So submit your best image to us HERE.  All images must be in jpeg format at 72 dpi (web resolution), and must be 1000 pixels wide.

The competition will close on January 20, 2009 and the winning shots will be announced on January 31, 2009.  Don’t wait until January to submit your images – each week we’ll be publishing our favorite images for everyone to see.

Image submissions can only be from registered sledshot.com users.  SO if you don’t have an account – sign up now!  Each user can submit a maximum of three images for this competition. The competition is open to amateur photographers only. Images submitted without being resized to the specification above will not be considered. Judges decision is final.  Prize package will be shipped to the winning photographer.  There is no cash alternative. sledshot.com take no responsibility for people trying to perform stunts for the camera that their sleds or skills can’t match – play it cooool people – this ain’t a comp for the biggest stunt – it’s for a stunning shot capturing why we all love this sport.
