XP Belt Adjustment
There are two different “stock” Skidoo belt adjustment tools available for the XP 800. The original plastic knob that was used in 2008 and early 2009, as well as a late released secondary tool that works much better. Unlike the plastic version this cast version will not fall out while you are riding or back off if properly installed…
This new tool is much stronger, and I find it a little more practical. This tech tip utilizes the new tool, but if you guys have questions of how to adjust the old plastic version, we can do a video on it as well.
