BoonDocker releases Sidekick Pump Gas Arctic Cat Turbo Kit
BoonDocker has revealed that its popular Sidekick pump gas turbo kit is now fully developed, tested and will be available to owners of the MY2018 Arctic Cat Mountain Cat, Sno Pro and M models. The Arctic Cat turbo kit is designed to work in concert with the significantly increased torque of the new C-TEC2 engine to produce improved power across the entire spectrum of engine speeds.
The Sidekick kit should appeal to a broad range of mountain riders who seek a boost in performance without the typical drawbacks that turbo kits have historically been known to exhibit. Although two-stroke turbo kits have come a long way since the early days of their development, deliberate attention to the demands of the ‘average’ mountain sledder has allowed BoonDocker to create a particularly appealing offering.

BoonDocker releases Sidekick Pump Gas Arctic Cat Turbo Kit
(Idaho Falls, ID) October 13th, 2017 – Boondocker expands to the Arctic Cat Ascender chassis! Orders for this well-engineered and tested kit will begin on Monday, October 16th, 2017, with shipment of the production kits leaving their Idaho Falls facility before December 15th.
This kit focuses on improvements in power delivery associated with the new C-TEC2 800. A 36% increase in low-end torque is a big deal when it comes to turbocharged applications. This motor responds very well to the addition of the sidekick kit. Initially, only the Sidekick will be offered, which includes electronic boost control and produces constant power, basically eliminating the need to change clutching with elevation changes.
