2026 Ski Doo Reveal – Narrow Stance, Chassis Mods, Steering Changes

Ski Doo has revealed its models for 2026 and there’s some adjustments to the mountain (deep snow) lineup worth noting. This year, there’s an emphasis on weight reduction on Spring-Only models, including wet weight, where the Summit X will lose up to 14 pounds.

What’s New for 2026

▪ Summit X with Expert Package and Summit X get lighter weight chassis

▪Summit X with Expert Package and Summit X get a super short tunnel

▪Summit X with Expert Package gets lightweight Twin Link steering

▪Summit X with Expert Package gets narrower 32-inch ski stance

▪Summit X gets coil over rear shock spring for reduced weight

▪Summit X gets forged aluminum A-arms

▪Summit X gets lighter weight 154 x 3.0-inch PowderMax Ultra-Light with FlexEdge track

▪Neo models on the REV Gen5 platform

▪Summit Adrenaline Edge Package adds Rotax 850 E-TEC Turbo R option

▪10.25-inch Optional Touchscreen Display now features built-in RF antenna with Group Ride Capability in North America

The Summit X with Expert Package is directed at riders that pursue super technical deep snow riding, tight trees and steep inclines – challenging themselves, where precision andconfidence is most valued. The Expert package differs from the X package by using the tMotion XT rear suspension with rigid rear arm and a full rod track – these features require more rider effort, but the extra confidence to hold a line in really steep, tight terrain is what these technical riders want and they’re willing to work harder for it. New this year is added extreme sidehill precision with a narrower 32-inch ski stance, new Twin Link steering system and new shorter tunnel and heat exchanger design for lighter weight to take riders even further into the gnarliest terrain.

The Summit X is the essence of the Ski-Doo deep snow longtime legacy, an all-around deep snow model that appeals to a very large group of riders where lightweight, agility and ease of use are the most valued attributes. This is the lightest and most effortless deep snow sled in the lineup that can go everywhere with less effort and a more playful attitude, even most tight technical lines, while letting riders extend their days by using less energy. The X model uses a tMotion X with pivoting rear arm and FlexEdge track for easy rollup and a less fatiguing ride, one of the key differences that separates it from the Summit X With Expert Package – but there’s also a new coil-over rear shock spring, forged aluminum A-arms, and new tunnel design for reduced weight to make riding even more effortless.

The Adrenaline and Adrenaline with Edge Package align with the same rider profile and benefits of the Summit X but are available to buyers in-season also. The Adrenaline and Adrenaline with Edge package models use a tMotion X with pivoting rear arm but with the torsion spring design for maximum bump control and FlexEdge track for easy rollup and a less fatiguing ride. This combination conserves rider energy effectively and can do it all, but these little differences allow riders to choose their focus. New this year will be the availability of the Rotax 850 E-TEC Turbo R engine that joins the 850 E-TEC and 600R E-TEC.

Group Ride

The optional 10.25-inch color touchscreen now features BRP Connect, built-in GPS with GroupRide and does not require a phone to use GPS technology. Groups are easy to create and join through the BRP Connect app, and the system will show BRP riders in your group as well as other BRP riders who are using GroupRide in their groups. The new system will also show last-known location if a machine is turned off or out of range.
