2026 Lynx Shredder Reveal – Chassis, Steering, Suspension Updates

Lynx has included a number updates to its 2026 Shredder sled to the point where the brand is claiming the sled is ‘redesigned’ for the upcoming winter. There are changes to the chassis, the suspension, the steering and the skis.

Here is a Quick Look at what is coming down the pipe for 2026.

First the tunnel. The design now is shorter and more narrow and comes with a bumper. The heat exchanger has been shortened so it no longer goes to the end of the tunnel. Also the running boards now sit higher on the chassis and are said to shed more snow.

Next is the suspension and skid. There is a different attack angle of the skid and it’s meant to be more parallel to the snow. The springs have a new kind of metal that is stronger and lighter than before.

The steering is new with longer spindles and this allows for more turning radius.

There’s also a new set of skis.
