2nd Annual Turcotte Compound Snowarama Drag Race & Freestyle Event
Brett and his family will once again be on hand to host the Turcotte Compound Snowarama Drag Race and Freestyle event. The inaugural event last year raised over $19,000 for the Easter Seals charity, which provides services and programs for individuals with disabilities. Easter Seals will again be the beneficiary of the weekend in 2019, while the concession will be run by the Gymkhana Committee of The Wells Gray Riders Association to raise funds to get local youth involved with the horse club.

Drags races, which are open for public registration, are at the heart of the event, with nine different classes from Kids 10 and Under 120cc class, to Vintage, Snow Bike, and all the way up to a Modified Class. Participants are encouraged to pre-register for the drag races.
Another huge draw will be a freestyle demonstration put on each day of the event by the X Games gold medallist himself. It’s rare to see such a display of talent firsthand, making the demonstrations a must-see part of the weekend.
This year, the event has a new venue at the Smokin True Ranch on Foote Road, Clearwater, BC.
We hope to see you there! It is guaranteed to be a fun time in support of a great cause.
